About Guides to Paths — Written by a Real Physician

The average medical appointment lasts about ten minutes. The questions start after you get home.

I'm Ikechukwu "Uche" Mbagwu, MD — a board-certified physician (ABPN). Guides to Paths exists because of a pattern I kept seeing: patients don't struggle for lack of caring clinicians. They struggle in the space between appointments — the 8pm moments when nothing sounds edible on a new medication, when a symptom seems strange, when the internet offers a thousand contradictory answers and no way to know which to trust.

These guides are the conversations I wish every appointment had time for. Each one is written by me, organized so you can actually use it, and honest about the difference between education and medical advice — because there is one, and it matters.

What these guides are — and aren't

They are: plain-language education, practical structure, and the context that turns a confusing experience into a manageable one — written and reviewed by a physician, not generated by a content farm.

They aren't: medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for your own clinician, who knows your history and always has the final word.

My promise on every guide

Read it. If you don't find at least three things you'll actually use within the first 20 minutes, email me within 7 days for a full refund — and keep the guide. I'd rather earn your trust than keep $22 you regret spending.
